Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is in transit, tracking info will be provided so you can follow the beat all the way to your doorstep! Please note that delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand.

Since a third-party handles fulfillment, we don’t have direct control over shipping speeds, carrier delays, or lost packages. If you experience any issues, contact us, and we’ll do our best to help track down your order and resolve concerns.
4. International Shipping – Taking the Show on the Road
We do offer international shipping! However, customs fees, duties, and additional charges may apply depending on your country. These costs are set by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages – When the Record Skips
Once your package is with the carrier, we can’t control unexpected delays or lost shipments. If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, reach out to us, and we’ll work with the distributor to get things back on track.
6. Address Errors – Avoid a Missed Cue
Make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If there’s a mistake, contact us ASAP! If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship it.
